The PCK Silat Board of Directors supports Guru Besar Jerry Jacobs by:
- Assisting him in decision making and policy development for PCK International and PCK Silat.
- Safeguarding the Art of Pukulan Cimande Kombinasi Pencak Silat and maintaining its traditional forms and principles as presented by Guru Besar Jerry Jacobs.
- Safeguarding the Art of Pukulan Cimande Kombinasi Pencak Silat and maintaining its content and progressive development as presented by its creator/founder Guru Besar Jerry Jacobs.
- Developing knowledgeable, competent, dedicated practitioners and instructors.
- Expanding public awareness and appreciation for Pencak Silat and promoting "Brotherhood" among all practitioners and instructors.
- Expanding public awareness and appreciation of the contributions and commitment made by Guru Besar Jerry Jacobs to the cultural and combative arts of Indonesia.

- Guru Besar Jerry Jacobs
Guru Besar Jerry Jacobs is the Global Director, founder and Grand Master of PCK Silat and PCK International. He teaches at the PCK Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio USA, offering group classes and private instruction. He also travels globally to spread PCK Silat through seminars and workshops. - Guru Derek Owings
Guru Derek Owings has been training under Guru Besar Jerry Jacobs for 15 years. Guru Derek is the North American Director for PCK International and is the State Director for Tennessee. Guru Derek teaches group classes and private instruction at the PCK Headquarters Tennessee, Raja Naga Academy in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Guru Derek coordinates the Long Distance program for PCK International and oversees the media and daily operations with Guru Besar Jerry.
- Guru Darren Felsot
Guru Darren Felsot is the Law Enforcement Director and the State Director for Florida. Guru Darren has been training in PCK Silat for 16 years and is one of our most dedicated Senior Instructors. He is the head instructor at King Dragon Martial Arts School in West Palm Beach, Florida, and teaches group classes and private instruction as well as local workshops.
- Guru Bryan Jacobs
Guru Bryan has been training under Guru Besar Jerry for 11 years, and is the Military Combatives Director for PCK International. Guru Bryan has been one of our most dedicated teachers, taking PCK Silat all over the world with him on his journey as a U.S. Marine.

The mission of PCK International and its Board of Directors is to provide the highest quality instruction and certification of the Indonesian combat arts to students and teachers both nationally and internationally through personal instruction, distant learning programs, workshops and seminars. To this end, we accomplish our mission by following the philosophy, practice and curriculum of Guru Besar Jerry Jacobs, the Grandmaster of Pukulan Cimande Kombinasi Pencak Silat and the founder of PCK International.
